CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect everyone’s time and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policies before booking: • No-Show Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies to any no-call/no-show appointments. • Late Arrival: There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will also be charged the remaining balance of the service, as this time was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice. • Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged the full fee. *All deposits are non-refundable* • Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once and transfer your original deposit to the new date. However, if you reschedule a second time in a row, your appointment will be canceled and the original deposit forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
