CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect everyone’s time and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policies before booking: • No-Show Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies to any no-call/no-show appointments. • Late Arrival: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show and charged the full fee. • Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment once and transfer your original deposit to the new date. However, if you reschedule a second time in a row, your appointment will be canceled and the original deposit forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
