CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policies before booking: • No-Show Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies to any no-call/no-show appointments. • Late Arrival: There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will also be charged the remaining balance of the service, as this time was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled on short notice. • Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and the remaining balance of the service being charged, as we are unable to reliably fill the opening with such short notice. All deposits are non-refundable. • Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled once, with the original deposit transferred to the new appointment date, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given. Any rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment falls under our cancellation policy. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service, as last-minute changes do not allow sufficient time to fill the opening. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled a second time, the original deposit will also be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
